CHARITABLE STATUS / EXEMPT FOUNDATION
Based upon information furnished to the United States Internal Revenue Service, the John G. Williams Scholarship Foundation is exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

While the majority of the Foundation’s resources were the gift of our Founder, and those financial resources recycled to other recipients as prior scholarship loans are repaid, the Foundation will gratefully receive additional contributions to continue to meet its mission. Donors are reminded that contributions may be deductible as provided in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, as may be amended from time to time. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers, or gifts by such donors are deductible for Federal, estate and gift tax purposes if they meet the applicable provisions of Sections 2155, 2106 and 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended from time to time.

Donations to the John G. Williams Scholarship Foundation will be gratefully accepted and may be sent to the Foundation c/o P.O. Box 1229, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17001-1229. If you have any questions about making donations to the Foundation, please contact us.
